Lego City Sunday

By 7am August had dropped 2 Lego models at separate times. This was dramatic, as he and Porter spent a good amount of time working on each. So,dad promised to fix both. (Advice, save the instruction books!) 8 hours later, fixing a couple cars turned into creating and setting up a Lego city. Despite all of Lego's popularity in our house, the kids have never set up a city until today...




This house in particular was created out of scraps...

So Jackson and Porter have been working a lot with 'charts'. Porter has a no-paci and potty-chart. Jackson has a please-and-thankyou chart and a sleep-in-his-own-bed chart. These charts have boxes and little milestones. Like, if Porter goes potty in the potty he gets stickerbooks, or McDonalds or some corn (he likes corn). Jackson has transformers, candy, or going-on-go-carts on his charts. Tonight, after being told again to go back to bed...for the third time. Jackson said. "I have an idea.
