June So Far...
It's been a busy month with weekend trips, birthdays and Fathers Day. For Jackson's birthday we went to CoCoKey (indoor water park). We all took turns and enjoyed the park, in various kid-parent combinations. Jackson had a real fun birthday going down the water slides hundreds of times. I had a wonderful Father's day morning floating on a 'lazy river' with all three boys with me on the tube.
Last night the neighborhood association had movie night. It's like a walk-up outdoor movie - projected on a side of a house - with blankets, little chairs, and bring your own snacks. Gorgeous night, clear sky. The movie was 'Hotel for Dogs'. They enjoyed the lightning bugs - but didn't appreciate the mosquitos (bugs are the 'theme' of the summer thus far). Porter fell asleep . Jackson stayed up for the whole movie (ended at 11).
So I had three chairs, a blanket, a bag of snacks, and Porter to carry home.
